マントをたなびかせ空を悠々とゆく一人の女性…その名はSUPER WOMAN。彼女こそ誰であろう、オリンピックの新体操日本代表という表の顔を持つ一方で悪を討つスーパーヒロインである。今日も地球を乗っ取らんとたくらむ宇宙人、キャラハン・ド・ガルファスの送り込んだ怪人を軽やかにうちのめす。そこに突如現れた一人の男、クウ・エスメラルダ。またの名をSUPER GUYという。彼は同じ銀河害獣駆除保安官であり、SUPER WOMANの愛しの人である。
