腕の良い女医のツバキは男性患者にとても冷たく接している。近所に総合病院が出来、男性患者はどんどんと新しい病院に流れていく。さすがの院長もツバキの男性患者に対する態度を改めるよう指導するが逆にツバキは「セクハラだと！」と騒ぎ立てる。そんなツバキに院長は逆上しその勢いでツバキを犯してしまう…。
